1. Operator and adult audience

Moonlight Stories LLC operates moonlightstoriesllc.com from Miami-Dade County, Florida, USA. These terms govern use of our website and purchases made directly through our store.

The website is intended exclusively for adults aged 21 or older. At checkout, purchasers must confirm that they are at least 21 years old and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Return & Refund Policy. This declaration is not independent identity or age verification. Children's books and activities are for children's enjoyment under responsible adult supervision; minors should not independently register, submit personal information, purchase, or download products through this website.

2. Products, descriptions, and availability

These terms apply to products actually offered through our direct store, which may include hardcover and paperback books, coloring and activity books, eBooks, PDF downloads and printables, notebooks, pens, stationery, themed merchandise, signed and personalized items, gifts, and physical or digital bundles. Mentioning a category does not mean it is currently available.

Availability and inventory may change. Please review the description, format, personalization details, digital access requirements, and other product information before ordering. We aim to describe products accurately; errors or material discrepancies will be addressed fairly and according to applicable law. We do not promise permanent availability.

3. Prices, taxes, and promotions

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable tax amounts and whether they are included in the displayed price or separately charged are shown in the purchasing process. Shipping charges and any applicable promotions are disclosed before payment; review the final order total before submitting an order.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Conditions disclosed at purchase apply to that order. We do not retroactively add undisclosed shipping charges or restocking fees.

4. Orders and payments

Provide accurate contact, delivery, and order information and use only a payment method you are authorized to use. When checkout is active, payments are handled through the provider actually connected and identified in that process. These terms do not represent an unconnected provider as active.

An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of an order request and does not by itself guarantee fulfillment. Payment authorization, collection, and confirmation follow the checkout and payment-provider procedures presented for the transaction.

We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as unavailable inventory, inability to authorize payment or fulfill delivery, a material listing error, suspected fraud, or a legal restriction. We will notify affected customers and handle corrections and refunds required by law. Amounts paid for qualifying canceled or unfulfilled orders, including shipping when required, will be refunded. This does not permit arbitrary cancellation or exclusion of nonwaivable consumer rights.

5. Shipping and delivery

Physical products purchased directly from Moonlight Stories LLC currently ship within the United States only. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy explains preparation, delivery, charges, and shipping promotions. Applicable shipping conditions are disclosed before payment and apply to that purchase; future products and promotions may have different conditions.

Digital-only purchases do not require physical shipping. Delivery or access instructions and relevant requirements are provided with the offering. No delivery guarantee is created unless expressly stated.

6. All sales final and legal remedies

ALL SALES FINAL. We do not accept voluntary returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse, and there is no 14-day voluntary return period. Our Returns & Refunds — All Sales Final Policy applies to physical and digital purchases, merchandise, signed and personalized products, gifts, and bundles.

Remedies required by applicable law remain available for damaged, defective, incorrect, misrepresented, or genuinely undelivered products and qualifying canceled or unfulfilled orders. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change of mind on correctly fulfilled orders, but will be refunded when legally required. No undisclosed restocking fees or retroactive shipping charges apply.

7. Digital licenses and intellectual property

Digital products are licensed for PERSONAL AND FAMILY USE ONLY unless expressly stated otherwise. You may use the files and make personal or family-use prints as permitted by the product's instructions. You may not resell, redistribute, share files outside that permitted use, upload them for others, or make commercial copies without the rights holder's authorization. Statutory exceptions remain unaffected.

Original content, books, artwork, illustrations, text, logos, and other protected materials belong to their respective rights holders. Purchasing a physical or digital product does not transfer copyright. Moonlight Stories LLC does not claim ownership of third-party materials merely because they appear on the website.

8. Acceptable use and security

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, introduce harmful code, submit fraudulent information, misuse personal information, or infringe intellectual-property or other rights. Use our contact channels to report suspected problems without attempting to access another person's data.

9. Amazon and other third parties

Amazon Paperback and other third-party marketplace purchases are completed through the applicable marketplace, not through our Squarespace checkout. Their prices, availability, shipping eligibility, payment processes, and return procedures are governed by the applicable marketplace and seller terms. Links do not make us responsible for services controlled by independent third parties, except to the extent required by law.

10. Responsibility and limitations

We aim to provide accurate information and reliable services, but do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or that every technical error can be prevented. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not excuse obligations concerning products we sell.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer protections and responsibility for fraud or willful misconduct. No blanket waiver of statutory warranties or consumer rights is imposed.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and cookie preferences. Newsletter enrollment is voluntary and separate from purchases, and cookie consent is separate from acceptance of these terms.

12. Applicable law and disputes

Moonlight Stories LLC is based in Florida. These terms are governed by applicable Florida and United States law, without depriving customers of mandatory protections that apply under other applicable law. Please contact lety@moonlightstoriesllc.com about a dispute so we can seek a reasonable resolution. This contact option does not waive legal remedies or extend statutory deadlines.

These terms do not require mandatory arbitration, impose a class-action waiver, or establish an exclusive court venue.

13. Updates and contact

We may update these terms for future use and purchases, subject to applicable law. The effective date and version identify the current terms. Changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases; required notices will be provided where applicable.
